Honolulu HI Employment Law Mediator Elizabeth Jubin Fujiwara San Francisco CA Intellectual Property Mediation Attorney

"Because of her extensive experience as a litigator and mediator, Liz was instrumental in determining and/or mediating damage amounts in settlements—both monetary and non-monetary damages. Professional Alternative Dispute Resolution Services

RESOLUTION THROUGH MEDIATION is the enterprise of attorney, arbitrator and mediator Elizabeth Jubin Fujiwara. A certified mediator since 2004, a qualified arbitrator since 1989, and a former Senior Trial Attorney with the EEOC, Ms. Fujiwara has participated in hundreds of mediations of employment law and discrimination disputes since the early 90s.

By establishing her own mediation and arbitration firm in 2004, she has expanded her alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services to include not only nationwide employment and labor law disputes but also mediation of personal injury and medical malpractice claims and entertainment and intellectual property disputes for her entertainment law clientele across the United States. She also acts as a neutral arbitrator in arbitration cases as an alternative to mediation.

Although attorney Fujiwara is licensed to practice law in Hawaii and Colorado, her mediation practice is nationwide. Because of her extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and in resolving complex discrimination cases, and her skill at bringing businesses and employees to the table to reach resolution.

"In 9 out of 10 cases, mediation not only brings about healing for people who have been mistreated, it also achieves a good financial outcome," explains mediator Fujiwara.

"The plaintiff can often obtain more money through mediation—money that would otherwise have gone to a lawyer. Most certainly, I can resolve their complaint much more quickly. A short case in court will take up to two years to be fully resolved; a long one 7 or more. Mediation can be done in a day."

Avoid the financial drain, hostility, and wasted time of a lengthy employment, personal injury, or copyright violation lawsuit.
